Possible Lupus Diagnosis - Seeking Advice

My doctor believes that I have lupus because all of my issues correlate but no matter what no blood tests come back positive for anything but she believes I have lupus or at least some sort of autoimmune issue. Did any of you have these problems?

      My doctor diagnosed me with UCTD (with lupus like features.) Aka because all my symptoms said lupus but my ANA did not, sometimes insurance MDs will not recognize an official lupus diagnosis. However, she is able to treat it the EXACT same way if she labels it differently. With Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease, there is no “official” medical diagnostic requirement through bloodwork

        @Peppy.Pepper understand... mine is odd too... my ANA says yes but my overall symptoms are questionable. I have other health issues so they say Lupus but I wonder now. The also said I also have Connective tissue Disease, Fibromyalgia etc.

          @Ksn yes!! I needed the rheumatologist to rule out wasn’t related to my ulcerative colitis. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have realized I needed additional treatment for the lupus-like symptoms of my connected tissue disease

        @Sheek I have joint stiffness, pain, and looseness, fatigue, I can't sweat, I have sinus problems, migraine, I get a rash across my face, I get stiff muscles, I have basically no sense of smell (non COVID related), iron deficiency, vitamin d deficiency, anxiety and my ANA and all other blood work comes back normal. I even had a spinal tap recently and it was normal.
