Symptoms of Panic Disorders: What to Expect

I go catatonic. My pupils get big, I cry, and I often forget to breathe until I accidentally hyperventilate. Then I gasp and scream alternating until I get ahold of my reality and raise my oxygen levels enough to calm down.

Muscle pains and spasms, IBS, migraines, high and/or fluctuating BP

Stomach aches, panicked breathing, and migraines. I passed out once and went deaf for a few minutes once

lightheadedness, dizziness, feeling "out of" my body, stomach pain, weakness, sweating, excessive crying, etc...

Everything g that the person above me said plus my legs stop working like i physically cannot walk
