My body goes numb as the panic attack reaches its high point, gets to where I have trouble moving

I typically have tremors reaaaaally bad during my panic attacks. My ENTIRE body shakes and trembles until my body goes numb.

For me it depends on whatever the trigger for it was. Sometimes it's what you would typically think of a panic attack. Sometimes I'm just sitting there in silence, trapped in my head screaming.
