Tightness in chest, shortness of breath, feeling hot, dizzy, the feeling of not being present (disassociating), headache, constipation, heartburn, nausea, acid reflux. I'm sure im forgetting a lot but those are usually my symptoms. Hope this helps a little ❤️

I do get the short of breath. But I get this hot stingy sensation throughout my body.

When I communicate an intense fear I talk about how my body seizes up and that my heart is racing out of my chest, and my entire brain and body system is telling me I'm in danger. It's hard for people who don't feel it to understand, but just being truthful and descriptive about what your body is doing helps more sometimes than describing what your mind is telling you at the time.

Sweaty palms, flushed skin, pounding heartbeat, stomach pain, intense need to urinate, body shakes. To me, it feels like the feeling you get when you're falling asleep and you vividly dream of falling.

I have hot flashes, tightness in my chest, dry mouth, cold sweats, dizziness (like the room is spinning), sometimes I get a red haze in my vision, like looking thru rose colored glasses, only in a bad way. Inability to think clearly, and emotions, lots and lots of emotions.

I disassociate quite a bit for several hours after a panic attack and during the actual panic attack I tense my body a lot as a bit of a coping mechanism. I've gotten better at managing my anxiety, but I used to get really hot and I would feel like I wasn't breathing even if I was taking conscious breaths.

I usually feel light headed, my heart pounds, my hands get shaky, slight shortness of breath, intense pressure on my head, feeling dizzy, sometimes it triggers ticks, and they become more frequent the worse my anxiety gets.

I feel very hot, sweaty, feel like it's 90+ degrees around me, even if it's winter time. What has really helped is drinking lots of cold water, holding a cold water bottle on my chest, neck and face, eating more fruits, taking deep breaths, mental focusing on happy images and thinking positively, going outside for fresh air, cutting down on social media and news, reading, and talking to a therapist. I hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any questions. Take care 🙏 ❤️

Oh and I also get panicky, feeling like I'm having a anxiety attack, shortness of breath. Now. I very rarely get these symptoms recently since I've been doing the above strategies, but stress has brought them on very mildly from tone to time. Mind over matter tig21! 😇😉
