Had some pain in my ankles so I decided to do small exercises for it and instantly got insane tingling/pins & needles that was so painful in my feet… this is why it’s so hard to exercise! It feels like something always get worse even with the smallest exercises. 😞

I would get the neuropathy in my hands and arms. So unpleasant. My neurologist put me on gabapentin for migraines and it has totally helped with the neuropathy too. I still drop stuff from time to time, but that's getting better too. I also noticed that when I was seeing my chiropractor regularly, it improved.

Oh how I get this! I use to walk everyday. Now? Not at all. Neuropathy is just not conducive for walking. Best of luck to you!
