Dealing with Pin and Needles, Joint Pain, Dizziness and Nausea

Does anyone else have similar symptoms? If so, do you have a diagnosis? Or a suspected condition? I’ve been dealing with pin and needles feelings / numbness in my arms, hands, legs, feet and lower back for a while now. It comes and goes, sometimes lasts a few minutes or hours. Has happened while exercising and while sitting/laying. I also get joint pain in a bunch of random joints (fingers, wrists, ankle, hips) which comes and goes with no apparent reason for it. I experience a lot of dizziness and nausea as well.
