I haven't completely fixed my problems, far from it, but one thing that does make things better is just reminding myself that I've survived everything so far. Every scary intrusive thought I've had, every panic attack, every phobia my mind latched onto. I've gotten through it. So try to remember all the times you've overcome things before too. There's no reason why your current fear will be any different. Just tell yourself to keep hanging in there and that you will be okay.

The intrusive nagging eats at me constantly but I tell myself that certain things are not in my control and that I can’t fix everything 💖

Over time I just got better at not giving in.
