Yoga really helps me to stay calm and ignore the intrusive thoughts, I started doing it every morning and night as a new years resolution and I feel so much better

Personally, my intrusive thoughts get worse as my physical body feels worse, so simple things like washing my face, brushing my teeth, or just stretching can do wonders! Especially if you can develop a little routine with these things
