I'm dealing with nausea vomiting, constipation, and abdominal pain. I also have tenderness in different spots on my body as well as issues with my urine, (I feel like i have to pee constantly, and im peeing more than usual). I went to the ER and they didn't find a fever. I'm kinda frightened I may be dealing with symptoms of HIV however I took an oraquick test and it came back negative. (Around a week ago) does this seem like an HIV virus?
