meditating really helps 🤗 picking something up and committing to be outstanding with it by practicing helps with my hyper focus. Learning when to slow down and when to get through things in hyper speed helps. Great nutriton really helps. It really does... take care of your gut which is your "second brain" and it makes a big difference
