Excruciating Abdominal Pain, Nausea, and Dizziness - Need Help!

So im just gonna explain my situation and see if anyone has an ideas on what this could be because it's getting on my nerves now. I've got middle to lower abdominal pain and round my back off and on for at least a month now(not period cramps). I have a history of bad kidney infections so got checked but my urine came back clear that there was no infection. I had also recently had sex with a new partner so they had me tested for STDs that could be causing such pain. They made me repeat that 3 times after it came back negative every time after saying I had every symptom of an STD when I clearly don't have one. My pain is still continuing and I get such excruciating headaches along with this plus a giant load of nausea and dizziness with my skin looking I don't know.. Sicker than normal i don't know it just looks off. I've been tested to see if I'm pregnant too which I'm not so I don't know what's going on anymore. I do have fibromyalgia and i don't know if this could be a flareup or if it sounds like something more. No doctor will look deeper into it and I feel like absolute death itself.
