Debilitating UTI Symptoms

I have a really bad uti....fever, diarrhea, low back pain, nausea. I just feel awful. I went to the ER yesterday thinking it was a kidney infection but they said no. I get uti's about once a month. This one has had me in bed for 3 days. I'm just too sick to get up.
