does anyone have any suggestions on naturally feeling more awake during the day? my sleep doctor recommended starting stimulants however i am also being treated for several anxiety disorders at the moment so stimulants are pretty much off the table. caffeine helps some but it usually makes me more jittery than anything.

I have found that the energy I get from green and black teas are way more friendly to my anxiety than the caffeine in your typical energy drinks. I have been drinking a V8 Energy (peach mango is the best flavor imo) once a day if I feel like I need a boost. It comes in a small can, I think 8oz, and it tastes like juice, it’s so good 🤤
