Does anyone else feel extremely anxious after drinking caffeine. I just had a drink with the smallest amount of caffeine and my anxiety is so bad

      People with ADHD can have wildly different reactions to stuff like caffeine. I myself find it helpful as it gives me a boost of serotonin/energy, but I have to do something afterwards or I get all jittery. I would suggest either cutting off or down your caffeine intake or start doing something to work off the energy. (Too much energy with no place to go is often what causes the anxiety)

      Yessss I don’t drink coffee at all anymore. It made my stomach hurt and it made me so shaky and jittery and anxious. I just drink very lightly caffeinated teas (just bc tea is yummy)
