what do you do to keep yourself from feeling so exhausted from medications, too much caffeine makes me jittery and I can't sleep at night , and then I'm "drowsy " and exhausted all day

Some suggestions from the provided content include maintaining a regular sleep schedule, ensuring you get a good 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, eating protein and healthy food regularly to avoid dips in blood sugar, and trying light exercise like walks and yoga. Some people have found relief with natural supplements like alpha brain or prescription medications like Ritalin, Adderall, Nuvigil, or Modafinil. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement regimen.

Avoid unnatural light ( phone,TV ect) a couple hours before bed or use a blue light filter, blue light disrupts your natural tiredness 🙂

Reading makes me sleepy. I also turn off all lights and if I watch TV it's something that is boring lol nothing that makes me think or has a lot of action to it.
