Well not gonna help if caffeine makes u jittery but I literally have to take caffeine pills when working and coffee to stay awake

Avoid unnatural light ( phone,TV ect) a couple hours before bed or use a blue light filter, blue light disrupts your natural tiredness 🙂

Reading makes me sleepy. I also turn off all lights and if I watch TV it's something that is boring lol nothing that makes me think or has a lot of action to it.
