Looking for Natural Alternatives to Tylenol

Turmeric supplements with black pepper have helped my joint pain. I dont use it often as pill capsules hurt my stomach but for my medium pain I take about 500 to 700 mg and itll reduce my pain (sometimes fully) but for severe pain 1000mg. Saves me in my flares. Also heat can be helpful from heating pad over the joint to really hot showers. CBD balms also target inflammation.

Acupuncture helps me relieve pain! I also noticed that it happened to me.

Essential oils!!! And the same thing happened to me 🙈

For me personally, turmeric and ginger are what I use specifically teas. And the same thing has been happening on my profile! I can’t figure it out.
