I need some advice. I have been suffering with joint pain since around 3 y/o and have tried most pain killers and none seem to work. how else can I manage my pain as its starting to make me exhausted?

I have arthritis and some non medication things I've tried that help a little bit are ice/heat and using braces(knee, wrist, ankle). If I'm being completely honest it doesn't do much but I find it's better than nothing

I use arnica tablets and cream. It's not a great help, but it does take the edge off. I also use turmeric pills. They help with inflammation and pain.

Some suggestions for managing joint pain include physical therapy, wearing braces on certain joints, using heat to soothe muscles, using salonpas patches, hot water bottles, baths, cbd patches, and various creams and gels. Using mobility aids such as a walker or wheelchair on bad days can also be helpful. KT tape can help stabilize the joints and reduce pain over time. Meditation, yoga, and exercise can also be beneficial. Natural options like edibles or THC oils from a dispensary might also be considered. Hyaluronic acid complex supplements and soaking in warm Epsom salt baths have also been suggested.
