Managing Joint Pain Without Medication

I’ve been having a lot of trouble with joint pain lately, and due to a genetic condition I build up tolerances to medicines rapidly. It gets to the point where Tylenol and ibuprofen can barely make a difference anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for things you use to manage joint pain besides medication?

Hey friend I’m in a similar boat as you, I’m still trying to figure out what helps me but a couple things that have helped was physical therapy because it helped with giving me a little more strength, I’ve also found that for me wearing braces on certain joints also helps especially when I’m having a lot is issues with hypertension and dislocation. It doesn’t make the pain go away but it makes it slightly more manageable, also heat helps me sometimes because my muscles will hurt (especially if I over compensate for one hip/knee and shift my weight to the other side) and that heat something helps it feel a little better
