If I remember correctly, mint applied to the skin can reduce pain

collagen is supposed to help strengthen joints i believe. it comes in a few different forms but for me the pill kind is easiest, but there's also powders that you mix in w your drinks. my advice with the powder tho is that you have to have with a *warm/hot drink* not a cold one, it clumps up and turns into a weird sticky texture and it just doesn't mix well.

With my hEDS flares turmeric supplements with black pepper eases the pain. Turmeric targets imflammation but you need to take it with pepper or something fatty to absorb it. I usually take around 1000mg and my pain will be gone for a few hours.

Im not sure but i think its ground black pepper. They are usually put in the supplements but check they are in the ingredients.
