Hey does anybody know how I can get myself more motivated to lose weight? I really want to just I can’t find the motivation

      I’ve found intentionally exercising hasn’t really worked for me. I’m losing weight by not eating when I’m not hungry anymore instead of feeling like I have to finish something to finish it. I’ll walk to work instead of driving. I try to go out on walks or little adventures with friends instead of planning on eating and sitting around. I haven’t really changed what I’ve eaten to be honest! I just try to be a bit more conscious. I’ve been losing about 3 lbs a week for two months. The times I gain again are when I’m stress eating or when someone else cooks for me and I go back to needing to eat it all, lol!

      Just start off doing things you like. Go walking around the neighborhood or even walking around in the store. Start off small. Don't think of it as exercise. If you like to dance turn up the radio and just start moving before you know it 5,10,15,20,30 minutes have went by and that's your work out. Don't get discouraged if you have been working out and eating healthy and the scale doesn't move because everything takes time!! Some people lose inches before pounds.
