I haven't gotten my period in 3 months. I'm not pregnant or anemic. I am stressed and tired, but I've been more stressed/tired in the past and still gotten it. I got an ultrasound 3 years ago and didn't have cysts/etc then, but I am genetically at risk for PCOS, so possible. Why else might it be missing?

Stress, changes in diet or lifestyle, and certain medications can all potentially disrupt menstrual cycles. Additionally, conditions such as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) could also be a factor, especially if there is a genetic predisposition. It's also possible that weight fluctuations could impact your cycle, as some individuals have reported changes in their period with significant weight loss or gain.
