How to Regulate Menstrual Cycle?

I haven’t had my period in at least 3 months, is there a way to get it back? I’m definitely not pregnant and I’m on birth control to regulate my cycle

They also have me on progesterone pills so u can try that it helps me start

Hey, maybe changing your pills to another type would help? I had irregular periods, but after I lost a few pounds and started to take combined pills, they came into order, more or less.
