I’m starting to get help for my mental health. I have a psychiatrist and a therapist but I feel like I need so much more. It’s affecting me physically, making me physically unwell. My concentration is non-existent. Our system is struggling to keep up any order. My anxiety isn’t better. I’ve been doing things for my depression, but I feel like I have too much to keep up with. I’ve been missing work because I’m either too anxious or I end up using the bathroom 10 times a day because I have stomach issues. I know I need help. I just don’t know what other things I’d need to do. It’s so much. I want to improve our functioning. My brain just doesn’t know the steps forward.
