I am so anxious waiting for my bar exam results that I am getting physically sick often. Any suggestions for managing anxiety in times of uncertainty about big things?

What I tend to do is start reading a book with a series and continue reading whenever the anxiety starts
Distraction is always the key! Journaling, cleaning, etc. Anxiety is energy that needs to be let out! I go for walk’s every morning and its helping a lot. In times of crisis when you feel an anxiety attack coming, Ice pack on the neck or ice cube in your hand helps me 1000% of the time its amazing

Go outside, take deep breaths. If you can't leave the room think about peaceful things like being next to a waterfall and drown the other sounds out.
