Therapy and medication. Breathing. Getting away from the spiral - leaving my house, spending time with other people. Trying not to think about the things that freak me out.

Medications are helpful, therapy can be helpful. Really listening to yourself and your body and being able to tell yourself “I have felt this way before and I will get through it”
