I know it's easier said than done, but try to keep yourself busy while you wait. Maybe hang out with friends, read a good book, or try something new and exciting. Don't get too caught up in worrying though - it won't change the outcome.

The key for me was understanding what all of results meant. Once I understood the numbers and trends it lessened my anxiety.

Concentrate on the positive and discount the negatives.

Waiting is the worst part! It makes the days go by slowly. Maybe try to do something you enjoy, like reading or a hobby to take your mind off it.

I understand that you may be going through a tough time. Do you have someone you can turn to for support? It can be helpful to talk about your fears and anxieties with a friend, family member, or even here. Just sharing your feelings can alleviate some of the weight you're carrying. If you'd like to talk, I'm here to listenšŸ˜‡

"Some people set strict limits around their 'worry time,' giving themselves 15 minutes a day to worry, write down fears, or talk about them. Others find it helpful to voice their fears and anxieties to a friend or family member. Engaging in hobbies, watching new TV shows, or reading books can also serve as distractions. Some individuals find relief in journaling, meditation, or physical activities like walking. Another strategy is to ask your primary care provider to call you if there's something wrong, so you don't have to check the results on your own."
