I am dealing with anxiety and am wanting copeing mechanisms. Do you guys have any suggestions?

      Some things that help me is exercising until Im exhausted, chugging water, sitting in the sun. Sometimes if I get a really bad panic attack, I lay down until it passes. There's a meditation on YouTube called "it's okay" by lauren something. It's very comforting. Writing the alphabet backwards, counting backwards. Anything that engages your thinking mind should help. Some people say holding an ice cube helps.
