Feeling Lonely and Out of Control with Chronic Illness

Dang, I really relate to this. I find I have difficulty opening up to other people about my health because of my lack of control/predictability over all it. I hope that letting in others who care about you will help you feel a little less lonely: they might not understand, but if you give them the tools, they can definitely support you!
