I hate this feeling of being so alone. I keep trying to reach out and figure out ways to heal myself but then I just keeping getting setback and feel even more disconnected from people.

    I know it can be hard to get yourself out of bed some days but me putting yourself in different scenes can help with the loneliness like joining a gym or yoga or cooking class. When I feel lonely I visit family. I don’t know others situation but that if where I feel cared for most.
