It feels like my body is my own torture chamber

I hear you and believe you! It’s so hard when the intensity of what you’re experiencing can’t be put into words that others will understand. I often feel trapped in my own mind and so isolated and alone because I can’t seem to verbalize just how much I’m hurting. I cannot understand your unique situation and I can definitely relate to how intensely you are hurting and how alone it can make you feel.
