So far , pool therapy, it’s like a miracle when I’m in pool, stretching, doing Yoga sculpt, and smoking herb . But I microdose , helps with nausea and some pain. But if I over do it I become a useless non productive person. The negative self talk and shame and guilt get me feeling rough. Utilizing the mediation and mindfulness practice is a great help as well as the tools my psychologist and psychiatrist give me have helped me along this journey of 6 years . And I try to give anything suggested to me a try . It will eventually happen . I have hope and faith that all will be as it should be. And I focus on shining my light on as many folks as I can. I am an empath and I really get bogged down with others crappy energy if I don’t ground myself . So I know that my struggles are only temporary and always press on and Cruz gently. Listen to music pretty much 24/7 this is my savior
Love it. Especially the last one. What do you do if you have no energy or motivation for exercise?
Diet change Exercise See primary MD every 3-4 months. Take medication as prescribed. Stay away from toxic people.
