Personally for me, just getting outside and moving around helps me. I'm very connected to nature though so what works for me might not work for you 🙂

Something that has helped me is just to pick a good thing to look forward to for that day. Like seeing a partner or special friend, eating some cool food or even just thinking that the sooner you get your stuff done the sooner you will be home again
I know this sounds crazy but I remind myself that we all eventually die, so I might as well enjoy the moments I have. Also, striving for balance. Not too much work. Not too much play.
