what do you do especially on a daily basis to motivate yourself and make you happy? how do you know you're getting better? and what asides from medication and therapy helps with your symptoms?

      Personally for me, just getting outside and moving around helps me. I'm very connected to nature though so what works for me might not work for you 🙂

      Something that has helped me is just to pick a good thing to look forward to for that day. Like seeing a partner or special friend, eating some cool food or even just thinking that the sooner you get your stuff done the sooner you will be home again

      I know this sounds crazy but I remind myself that we all eventually die, so I might as well enjoy the moments I have. Also, striving for balance. Not too much work. Not too much play.
