      Having people around me who believe me when I say I’m not feeling well and that I need to rest or just take it easy. And not getting mad or bent outta shape about it on a daily basis.

      All of thos3 ☝️ are very important for me as well as just STRETCHING! Learning to make a morning and evening stretch habit. I adore it in the moment idk why it takes me so much energy to STOP expending energy and take a breath 😅
