Going for a walk outside, taking time for self-care that is relaxing like a bath or doing my nails, short naps, smoking weed, etc. Although one of the best coping mechanisms I picked up was puzzles. I get 1000 piece, very challenging puzzles, and I've noticed puzzles, word games, and number games all activate my brain and help redirect my thoughts to the task at hand.
