Weed, diet, sleep, finding something that I love to do that brings me joy and trying to push through and do it even on the days that I don’t feel my best, meditation, mood tracking, exercise, CBD & delta-8.

Changing my diet helped, I have a lot of stress in my life so unfortunately the change in my diet helped but distress flares it up.

The thing that has helped me the most was drastically reducing stress.

I use medical marijuana for days that are absolutely unbearable and I can’t move due to pain. For a regular use I take CBD oil orally every morning, and use CBD rubs and creams throughout the day when necessary. I’ve even used essential oils in a warm bath, and doing aquatics have also helped. It’s really all about trial and error to find what really works for you. It took me years to find what really helped me.

Diet and exercise help me a lot. Lots of foods have vitamins (duh 😂) that you might be missing that can help the body's ability to feel well. Excerise helps produce chemicals in the brain that make you feel less pain. I do something self paced and less intensive like Yoga

I get medical marijuana in my state. It helps but I don’t have the funding to continue my meds through the dispensary. I spend a lot of time sitting because I’m in pain all the time. I’ll have to try aquatics.
