I was diagnoses with infrequent periods, and prescribed birth control, but never found a cause. I gained weight from birth control and didn’t like how it gave me mood swings so I stopped taking it 2 months ago. I’ve seen multiple doctors and my hormone levels were within normal ranges every time. I don’t have any PCOS symptoms and no uterine pain. My doctors (all 3 of them) said I can’t get a Pap smear until 21 despite having this issue. I turn 20 next month. Where do I go from here? Why wont anyone listen?
