Help! I need my period back without birth control
I am a 45 mother of two (ages 20 and 18). My periods have been sporadic for the past 2 years. I have been getting a period once every 3 or 4 months. consulted 4 OBGYNs and all wanted to put me on birth control. Tried birth control for a month and stopped them. All my lab work comes back textbook normal. I'm miserable. I have gained weight and my body is losing femininity. I need my period back without birth control.

yes skin problems and scratching for dear life but what helps me is eucerin lotion and maintaining moisture ...

I'm 44 having a lot of these same issues and more .. beeen on birth control for 6 weeks definitely helping a lot of symptoms. Look into perimenopause
