Thankfully I’m having a low pain day but everything else is off. I’m short of breath even when I talk, I’m super shaky, tremors, dizzy, and my chest feels heavy. My legs are extremely weak. Over all I’m extremely tired.. I’ve been trying to fight it and stay up and find things around the house to do to keep busy instead of laying down.. I feel like I’ve made things worse by doing that.
