Feeling Overwhelmed: A Rant

I know what you mean. I have fibromyalgia, diabeties, heart problems, COPD,digestive problems, and anglosing spondylitis. I don't feel good ever. Lots of pain, depression and tiredness. People around me tell me I am lazy, crazy and stupid. So I know it is really tuff to put on a smiley happy face and look like I'm just hunky dory. If you would like to chat, I would be happy to share the ways I cope, or you can just vent. One thing that I do is to be sure I take my numerous meds it helps. Try to get out (even if it is via TV Or phone.).💕🙏🙏
