Tips for managing fibromyalgia fatigue

i take modafinil (a stimulant) —it’s prescribed for my CFS/ME though but CFS and fibromyalgia are very similar

Hi, my psych doc has given me Adderall, Ritalin, Provigil and Nuvigil for the fatigue. They all worked, felt like a new person! Unfortunately for me, I get a bad migraine at the end of the day when they wear off, so I can only take them when I'm tired of being tired, lol!
