The other thing that’s made a huge difference for me is going to bed early (around 9pm). I hate doing it because I’m a night owl and used to stay up till 3-5am, but forcing myself to sleep early has done wonders for my energy levels.

I take Modafinil aka Provigil. Although it’s marketed towards people with sleep apnea, my psychiatrist prescribed it for me and it does wonders for keeping me awake during the day. I went from sleeping 17hr/night to actually spending all day awake. Additionally, it helps me with concentration/focus (not as much as adderall would, but it’s still nice) and it has augmented/made my Lexapro work better too.

stimulants are great for people with chronic fatigue! i'm so glad you're able to receive medication for your condition. hooray!!!! something that has helped me is to only drink caffeine in the mornings (before 12pm), eat lots of foods with iron, & forcing myself into a normal sleep schedule. also, massage therapy, acupuncture, & chiropractics have helped me a lot in managing my pain. it doesn't help all of the time, obviously, but it helps me manage my days better. :')
