Dealing with MS Fatigue: Need Advice on Stimulant Medications

I’ve been having serious trouble with MS fatigue lately, seems all I can do is work and sleep. I have an appointment with my neurologist on the 26th, and I’m wondering if any one medication is better as a stimulant to help me stay awake. What’s everyone’s experience?
