@ReRee i get a b12 shot which helps some but still not enough to keep me going i end up drinking 2 bangs(energy drink 300 mg caffeine) and coffee through out the day. I am home daily currently not working and this is just to move around the house. My blood pressure has been very low so not sure if that is affecting me.

I drink spark from advocare and it makes a huge difference for me, both energy wise and mood wise

I wonder is there any natural remedies that can help with these things because a lot of meds that they give us leave so many side effects then you have to get another medicine for the side effects

I have used phentermine in the past as well I'm seriously considering going back because of the lack of energy. My Dr did prescribed it once before I'm sure he would do it again. I don't know about other stimulate. My husband hates me on phentermine and would probably figure out I'm on it 🙃

LDN. A low dose of stimulants can also help a lot if your doctor will prescribe them. I would recommend Concerta or Adderal over Phentermine based on personal experience. Taking magnesium glycinate most nights helps me a lot with getting quality sleep & not feeling so tired. A weighted blanket helps too. Quality sleep is a must with fibro. A healthy diet always gives me more energy as well. Good luck.

@Violet_Beauregarde I have actually found that weighted blankets hurt! I like the weight on me but it starts to hurt after a short while so maybe make sure that you don’t get one that’s too heavy if your pain is severe.

@Violet_Beauregarde the only problem with the phentermine is I get nauseous after a few hours🥴

Phentermine 37.5 in the morning when needed.

I use kratom. Otherwise I have zero energy. 😥

@Butterflygoddess Is that Kratom in pill form? How much do you take to get you going?
