I usually listen to sad music because they say everything on my mind and it feels like at least they understand. There are so many good songs about mental health and anxiety and depression and break ups and the pain I can’t describe in my head is written through these lyrics. People on the internet are usually helpful too, on here, there’s groups on online apps (citizen soldier writes songs about mental health probably the best band and songs out there and I have recommendations if you’d like - but they have a mental health online group where there’s a lot of good people too, I don’t know if I put the name of the app if this comment will delete but if you go to citizen soldiers tiktok, there’s a link to a group, you’ll know it if you see it). I know it’s cliche but you aren’t alone in this fight

When nobody understands what I go through I just sit in my room and listen to music and think about my dead family members and cry.
