@TmD you don't have to accept living like this forever. Our brains are capable of forging new pathways and creating new patterns. I understand how you feel though. I frequently feel like this, but I'm not giving up. I think it might be true that for a long time, especially while we are rewriting the patterns, we will be tempted to continue thinking and feeling like we're never enough. But I believe that over time, as I continue to create and reinforce good thought patterns, those temptations will eventually go away, or at least come around a lot less frequently.

Refresh & revisit watch “The Secret” on Netflix, police your thoughts. Thoughts become things, choose them. Has changed my life. See a life coach, counselor and finally a psychiatrist if needed.

We have a list of what to try to do -Think why we feel this way -reframing thoughts -Some type of coping mechanism (Kandi making, gaming, art, etc.) -talk to a friend (not about it) -talk to a friend (about it) -take a bath -take a nap -if none of those work, call the therapist (This is just our way though:3)

Well I personally go for a quiet walk breathe think then I come home pray, read my Bible, and write in my journal . I have found Journaling to be a great source for venting.
