We've all been there! Rely on your support system, and talk with a physician! We're here for you. Best wishes ❤️❤️❤️

Because those around us (even those who mean well), do a great job of making us feel inadequate.

First of all life is damn hard. What your feeling (although extremely difficult and exhausting) is very common. I don’t know you but in my experience people who often feel this way, are some of the best, kindest, loving and caring people out there. You might be doubting yourself and feeling like. Failure because of your own extemely high expectation on yourself. I could be completely wrong here but my guess would be that you ARE one of those people. So try and give your self a break. Second, when it comes to mental health things like anxiety, or depression and many others actual physiological imbalances are a REAL thing. And these levels can really alter things that seem basic like, self image, confidence, etc. you may or may not believe in medicine. I believe it is a PART of a bigger puzzle in my treatment and success. This all may not help, but I hope it does.

Because nothing goes how you thought it would. Unfortunately. The bigger problem is that you seem to be taking it personally. Life itself doesn't target people.

@jjharkan because I feel as if I'm giving my spouse the care they needs, even though they say I do.

I’ve been there. I’m in therapy and I’ve been working on self awareness and techniques to reframe my thinking. It’s hard, but if you want to talk about it I’m here
