Hoped today was going to be a good one....sadly it was not meant to be. Woke up to my son and his girlfriend fighting and her drunk. She then went next door to my parents side and borrowed the keys to my mom's car to go to the store. My anxiety is so high I feel like I am going to have a heart attack, my chest hurts and I cannot pull in a full breath. I took one of my anxiety meds knowing it would help some, just wish it was faster!!

      Box breathing has something that has been helping me with my meditation. Make sure you are breathing from your abodomen too. Look into information on the vagus nerve too. Dr. Navaz Habib is a good one to look into for vagus nerve info.

      ❤️❤️❤️ I am trying but my ptsd is also wrapped around all of this as well and isn't helping. I may try to meditate for a little while to bring my heart rate, and breathing under control.
