I've been struggling with a bad anxiety attack most of the day. I'm so nervous it's going to turn into a panic attack, that I can hardly focus on the things I need to get done. My medication hasn't helped nor has any of my usual grounding technique. Sorry for dumping this here, but I felt venting may be my last ditch effort to calm my nerves.

Ive had panic attacks and it seems the more you think about them the more stressed you become. Once I realized I could reduce my stress, and control my thoughts then the attacks went away. Now I can’t remember the last one. 😊So there is hope. Hang in there. I found some very practical tips in this article “Stress-Keys to Managing it” go to jw.org type the name in search at the top. It helped me so much! 🙏

Don’t be sorry! I’m sorry that you are going through this. I’ve been there many times! It’s so embarrassing for me when people see me go through a panic attack. I also fear the panic attacks. Meds have helped me calm down a bit.
Same and you dont have to be sorry this is a place for venting like today I was having a huge panic attack and I was hyperventilating about the most stupid crap and no one understood why I was panicking and to be honest I didnt eitherbut yeah it's completely fine to vent that's why this was invented kinda😂
