I’m having such a rough day. I’m at work and can’t seem to get myself calmed down. I meditated this morning and I feel like I’m gonna explode. What else can I do? I can’t shut it off

      Have you tried putting your headphones on and listen to music for a couple of minutes? I use to do that when I get to overwhelmed

      I hope so too singing to your favorite songs sounds like a good way to distract you and change your mood a bit. Plenty of medication we hen you need it I’m on depression and anxiety meds and pain meds . They all help!

      I’m okay. My health anxiety is through the roof. And I keep feeling bubbly chest type thing so it makes me freak out

      So so sorry your feeling this way. There are of course many things you can do and are ALREADY doing. For me a combination of medication, and cognitive behavioral practices. (Self talk kind of thing) is what works. There is an app that I would highly recommend called “Dare: Panic & Anxiety Relief”. If you don’t have it get it! Very helpful.

      Do you have emergency anxiety medication? If not maybe try stimulating the Vagus nerve by putting something cold on your chest. That can calm your system down. Good luck

        @Lkbmotion hi I do! But I took paxlovid so I’m not going to take it again until the weekend/next week cause I don’t want to mix any medication
