For me, drawing, ranting/venting in my journal, playing games(single or multiplayer depending on my mood), or just sleeping if it gets to bad. Music also helps a lot though music puts me into daydreams which just make the day worse. It really depends on what you like as a hobby. Crafting, painting, and using resin also relax me and help me focus if I feel to bad to continue on the day. It's All about taking needed breaks to rest the brain.
